You have probably noticed that our event – so far named both Veszprem Summer Festival and VeszpremFest – is welcoming its visitors with a renewed image and is exclusively called VeszpremFest. The standards of the programmes and their premium quality have not changed of course; all visitors open to a unique experience with refined music styles are welcome.

VeszpremFest is a music and cultural event that strives to present the highest quality in not one specific but many different musical genres year after year. World celebrities in Veszprem! Let’s meet in Veszprem! was our slogan in the first year of our festival history and it is the same today in its 8th year. This year we are already preparing with the stage traditions of international productions which are perhaps even more diverse and eclectic in their musical genres than last year. Lovers of jazz, world or classical music can choose between the performances of world famous artists each day.

Our mission is the same ever since:
Let VeszpremFest be a provincial fortress of first-rate music performances – even if for one or two days only – for stars that are at home on European and international stages alike. Festival, culture and music lovers should equally note these days year after year as those few days that cannot be missed, here with us in Veszprem.
